We're BEEYU, a Personal Development Launchpad, all of our services are experiential aims to revolutionize the way Catholics vacation and find a renewed sense of purpose in life.
Our journey began in the early 1920's with the vision of Father Joseph Kentenich, the founder of the Schoenstatt Movement. Through his deep understanding of human nature he developed the Personal Ideal Pedagogy (PIP), a powerful spiritual concept that guides believers into finding their life's true north. Over the years, thousands of individuals have benefited and experienced personal and spiritual growth discovering their 'Personal Ideal'.

With over 20 years of coaching experience, I specialize in change management and I'm a certified facilitator. Currently, I lead the human development division and programs at Performance Excellence Solutions (PXS), a change-management consulting firm and training academy.
